I actually love water propagation because root rot doesn’t tend to happen in plants that are actually rooting in the water. Root rot occurs when the roots don’t get oxygen and water is 2 parts oxygen. There are many plants that can live in water with no issues including pathos, your plant just may not grow if you don’t have fertilizer drops or nutrients in your water. Your plant should be good to go and plant once the roots are about half an inch long!

I would say, they look ready to pot! Once you have a few roots that are good length, and roots on roots, it’s good to go!
