Is this ready to plant in dirt? It’s a spider plant. I’m new to propagating and plant babies. It’s been in water for a few weeks.

Wait until there are secondary roots (roots growing from roots)

I have propagated spider plants directly in soil.

I’ve put spider babies straight in soil without water proping forst and they grow well, they also grow roots super long super fast in water so really depends if you wanna be able to see the roots as they grow
