I’ve been wanting to propagate my ivy which is so long it’s almost to the floor. What is the best way to propagate it? I’ve read different ways.

I’ve had success with both water and stratum with mine.

I cut some vines off my parents’ outdoor ivy, and put the cut ends in soil amended with perlite. I tried to get pieces with aerial roots, but some were just cuttings with a few leaves removed. It’s been a couple months and she’s just fine!
