Could my plant get rust fungus if I use these shears with a bit of rust of them. I would spray it with hydrogen peroxide beforehand to sterilise them but I don’t want to risk my plant getting rust fungus. If you can please let me know what I should do and if it’s okay to use
Hey so rust fungus isn’t actually spread by rust — it’s only named that bc its color and the way it grows reminds ppl of rust! Ur shears should be fine, especially if you’ve been sterilizing them
