I’ve had that issue, I just make sure to change the water weekly, and if I notice them browning I take them out, spray with peroxide, wash them clean and stick them back in the water.

I’m no plant expert.. but I wouldn’t think changing the water frequently would be too much.. I feel like clean water is better personally.. but who knows???
0개 좋아요It shouldn’t make a difference. If anything the plant is getting better oxygenated water (roots gotta breathe too)
2개 좋아요I truly don’t know the answer, but I change out the water in my props every other week…. maybe even once a month.. outside of that i just top it off with fresh water as needed

when you wait that long, does the water get super low? or does your water get soggy and dirty? everytime i see that, that’s when i change my water. but it happens so fast so idk if i should just continue to wait then change out the water?
0개 좋아요yes the water gets low but i just top it off with more water as needed. when you change the water, do you rinse the roots off? you want to get the “goo” off the roots as much as possible to prevent rotting
