You can propagate by subdividing or taking cuttings from the baby spider plants after their aerial roots grow out. Consider nursing the mother plant back to health to produce healthier spider babies. The plant currently lacks water (curled leaves and dried tips). It also has insects, possibly spider mites from the look of the webs. I recommend inspecting for the good/bad bugs. Spray with a soapy water solution or neem oil at least once per week to get rid of pests. Move the plant out of direct sun. Spider plants prefer higher humidity and indirect light. Water more often and regularly fertilize or use timed release fertilizer like Osmocote. The clay pot pulls water and can dry out the soil faster. Water more frequently. You have to water the pot and water the soil. or change out the pot to plastic. The picture is a spider baby I planted in summer. Yours should look like this when hydrated and healthy. Good look🍀
