Plant Fatheri would lower the water line so only the bottom node is covered. the aerial root on the second node will likely grow down into the water anyhow, and this reduces the chance of the petiole (leaf stem) rotting

looks great. be sure to change the water frequently as monstera deliciosa are rot-prone plants
