Trying to water propagate for the first time. How does my satin pothos cutting look? Did I cut in the right spot? And how soon are roots supposed to come? It looks healthy because I think a new leaf is showing! PS For those of you confused by the blue ring it’s a piece of a pool noodle meant to keep the leaf above the water. Handy trick!

    As long as you’ve got nodes on those you’re good. Cam take 2-4 weeks to see roots. Change water every 5-7 days. Wait until roots are 2-4” long, or have secondary roots before transferring to soil. Good luck!

      Yup! The nodes are those small brown bumps on the stem by where the leaves come out. Looks good 👍🏻

      Hi, sorry just confirming by saying "nodes" do you mean the root nodes or the nodes where the leaves grow out of?
