Getting ready to transfer this rescued monstera cutting to soil. It’s been in water for the last 3 weeks. I’m not sure if it’s ready for soil, and thought I should bring it up on here. Does anyone think it’s ready or not?

Maybe try moss instead of soil. I have had great root success w monsteras in moss. Roots go nuts. I do fertilize it w a little bit of timed released beads so it doesn’t burn the roots. And add perlite to the moss for a little extra air flow

The roots are long enough to transplant to whatever medium you choose. Use rooting hormone powder to give the roots a boost if you put it in potting soil. Good luck. 🪴
