Made a discovery about oxalis triangularous propagation! My boyfriend gave me this cutting in a small bouquet of flowers, and as everything else died it survived and sprouted roots. I thought this could only be propagated by corm separation, so this really surprised me! I decided to see what would happen if I put it in soil, and low and behold I have 2 new sprouts. I’m assuming a corm has developed down there. Just pretty surprised so I had to share!

Ooo yay! I discovered this recently too, but it was unsuccessful. I’ll have to try again :) it’s such a unique and beautiful plant

Oh darn! If it helps, the roots on mine developed for a very long time, maybe months, I was away a lot and kept coming home to it being alive and eventually planted after months of rooting. Planted in regular potting soil with perlite and watered with foxfarm boomerang fertilizer for its first watering.

I’ve tried to do that a few times but it just went mushy, congrats on this though
