This is my first time growing Stefania Erecta. It looks and feels like a flattened round potato. Instructions state to soak the bottom in warm water for 24 hours to get the roots going. I fear soaking the wrong end. The bottom is supposed to be flat with a round circular node. There is no clearly flat end like the ones pictured online. I found a round white circle. Is that the bottom or is the small circular bump at the opposite end the bottom? I’m sending the seller an email to get help. Thought I would ask here.

    Turns out the bump is confirmed as the top. The white area is a scar. The indentation was from old roots. The bottom half soaking in wam water is in the pics.
