Your set up looks good. Keep in indirect light. New growth can be sensitive to direct sunlight especially since philodendrons can burn in full sun. Ensure the leaf nodes stay underwater. Clean the water at least once a week or when it looks dirty. Propagate in soil with a little rooting hormone powder once the roots are about 2 inches long. Good look!🪴

Thank you 😊
0 Likesafter putting it in soil I put a clear, disposable shower cap or a sand which bag over the plant to keep a moist environment while the roots are getting used to living in soil. After about 2 to 3 weeks I remove it.

After I get a few inches of roots forming, instead of planting them in soil right away, I always add lil scoops of dirt like once a week to help them adjust to the soil easier

You will be surprised how easily they root! I have so many plants living in water for over 6+ months without doing anything extra (besides filling the water, I usually don’t even get around to changing it out *ADHD*) so excited for you!
