Currently propping these pothos cuttings in water. It’s been about 2 weeks. Do they look ready to plant in soil? I’m not seeing any secondary roots yet. How important are secondary roots for potting?
Currently propping these pothos cuttings in water. It’s been about 2 weeks. Do they look ready to plant in soil? I’m not seeing any secondary roots yet. How important are secondary roots for potting?
I’d wait….you want the roots at least 2-4” long. And if you can wait for second roots to form even better! Secondary roots aren’t mandatory before repotting, but it’ll give your plant a much easier transition to soil.
