Has anybody propageted their polka dot plant in water? I read that you could but theyre starting to wild in the water

    i’m no expert, but i recently propagated a couple strands of polka dot plant in water, and they did surprisingly well! one of mine wilted in the water, but then i started changing that water every day or so & none of the rest wilted!

      Do you put any plant food in the water?? Mine are wilting a little too.

      i did not put any food into the standing water i propagated them in. however, i propagated a few stems in my aerogarden which has an air pump and gets plant food regularly, and those didn’t wilt at all. however, the ones in standing water grew longer roots!
