Wait until there are more secondary roots (roots coming out of other roots) Then you should be good for potting :)

And when you do repot, make sure you keep it moist. The plant currently has water roots and are not used to the soil.

The roots a plant produces when grown in water are different that the roots they produce when grown in soil. Keeping the soil moist will ensure the plant is able to get enough water while it pushes out a new set of roots.

You don’t even have to pot it in soil! Monsteras grow great in water

Keep letting it go! I have come to love growing my plants in water with fertilizer once a month and they thrive 😊

Do you fertilize even know the winter when growing in water?

Yes I do it all year round. Only once a month in the winter. In the summer I can go a little longer because I have a rain barrel and I’m just just using well water that doesn’t have as many good things in it. This has worked for me for the last year or so
