Henry is currently doing great but is leggy from lack of sun last winter and has some wonky leaves due to stress from a mealybugs infestation. I’ve been considering chopping off the leggy growth and propagating, but I’m nervous because they’re so large. Any advice?

fishing line or sewing thread dipped in alcohol (to sanitize) makes a great precision cutting tool for between nodes on succulents. i almost always use thread instead of my snips

I usually chop the top chunk and root it, then remove and root all the left over individual leaves, but it you leave some leaves on the stump, it may branch for you which could look cool
