I watched reallybigplant on YouTube cut back a FLF last night. It was on her âchoresâ video; but I bet you could find a video specific to Begonias if you want, or the fig tree one if you want a little direction and confidence. She made it all seem less scary.

Just pay attention to nodes and go for it! I chipped and propped mine and planted the starts back in the same pot once they rooted âșïž

Wow sheâs tall! I think theyâre easy propagators. The cuttings can be rooted and the old stem will have new growth points. Even if the potted stems withers after chopping, Iâve had new stems grow right up from the roots where the old stem failed

Itâs beautiful! I cannot keep the leaves on my spotted begonia plant. New leaves grow then fall off. Whatâs your secret?

I cut mine all the time. I keep the cuttings in a glass vase with some Pothos cuttings as a âpropagation arrangementâ for the living room. They are very easy and very rewarding. My plant came from my dad who got it from his mom (my grandmother) and I have dive given it to my children đ
