Any tips on propagating this crimson Hoya? I had it for a week and so far no progress but it looks like it’s been drinking water as it hasn’t died yet.

    Are there the tiny starts of roots on the right side not much down from the water line? A starter cutting I bought of a splash Hoya took a few months to push out roots 🤷‍♀️

    As long as it’s not looking worse and it’s drinking water it should be fine. Just be patient!

    typically roots will grow from the node so make sure a node is in the water

      This is what I would say too! I’ve got a little guy sitting in water rn- hopefully soon I’ll have baby roots poke through 🥹🥹

    I have a Hoya crimson it took nearly 3 months to start rooting as long as it’s not rotting just give it time place it in bright window seal and change water once a week of so … it’ll take off mine once it started it grew quickly
