   I’m pretty sure the leaves can propagate directly into dirt. I’m not sure how successful it is but I do know that’s how my Dad created his christmas cactus army!

   I’ve propagated successfully over several seasons. Twist at least three leaf segments off the main plant and plant directly into soil.

     I wait a couple days for them to harden off, then water the same as if it was a regular plant.

   Sometimes I stick them back into the main plant to make it fuller :)
