Trying to grow this Easter cactus with starts from my dear neighbor. I water and I’ve fertilized. Never done this before and I’m wondering at this stage how often should I water and when can I safely transplant to be with my other Easter Cactus? Thanks so much!

I let the soils dry out. If the plants get wilty or wrinkly I water. You should see some signs of growth in a month or so.

I usually propagate these in water and they grow roots fast and then when I get around to planting them in soil, I do so, otherwise they would be happy to grow in water too.
