my snake plant had a baby ! what’s the best and safest way to propagate/repot them ? :)

    Whenever you repot it next, you can cut the pup off - closer to the mother plant, making sure to keep as many of its roots as you can

    just wait! it’s not big enough yet, but once it looks like a whole plant of its own with a few mature leaves repot it and just break/ cut it away to separate from the mother plant

    I’ve also cut off leaves and water propager them until it has plenty of roots , then plant. It does take a long time for them to root , have to be patient .

    I would leave it and let it grow in the same pot first
