So I have a jade plant that won’t root in soil nor water, so I’m trying air propagating. Does anyone have any tips to get it to make roots 🌿

I’ve heard adding a pothos cutting into the water helps 🤞🏼 I’ve never propagated Jade before though…

Snapping off the leaves and putting them (stem down) in seed starting soil mix under a grow light is the process that works for me. It does take a while tho, these were started over 2 months ago.

You didn’t mention how long you’ve been trying to root it - jade is such a slow rooter (took my cutting months to root in soil in bright light, warm FL climate)

I have tried to root it in soil for about 4 months. It’s grew a little baby plant on it but it never rooted
