When is the right time to separate these pups from my fairy washboard plant and propagate in their own pots?

    When they start to crowd the mother plant out and you can’t see soil anymore.

    I like to wait until they’re a little bigger to make sure they have at least one main root, I just think it helps them survive on their own a little easier
