Hello, (new plant mom) so I have these 2 leaves I’ve been trying to propagate and root, I’ve had them under a grow light ever since and it’s been about 3-4 weeks or more since I’ve placed them in water still nothing, they are still alive, any advice or tips to get them to root faster? Thanks!

Throw a pothos cutting in with them! Pothos create their own rooting hormone in the water

Do the cuttings have a stem with a node? Most plants won’t propagate from just a leaf. I can’t really tell from the photos but that may be your issue

One does and one might not, maybe that’s the problem, thank you!

To add onto what Alexis said, one of your leafs is a Calathea (Dotty)… which grow from these rhizome or tuber type clump / mounds. The stems from the calathea plant don't contain the necessary rooting tissue. You would only be able to propagate this plant by clump & root division. And even if you have a piece of that clump with the leaf, water prop is not best method for it. Try propagating division into soil or Pon. Also Look up Fluval Stratum on you tube for a super speedy propagation substrate for ALL of your prop projects! Amazing stuff!

I also think it may help if you change the water every so often to keep it clean. They also do better in room temperature water, rather than cold or hot water.
