This is a pup I snipped off my Echinopsis Chamaecereus - “Mardi Gras” - earlier this year. The parent bloomed, as well, and looks nuts.

Looks bizarre :0 so cool, do you use fertilizer or just the right climate for your mardi gras ?

Totally bizarre - especially when the pup was attached. No fertilizer except the time I made boiled egg shell water lol (it stinks). Testing the climate, for sure. Moving it around. I do have some nice Mars Hydro lights. However, when the blooms die it looks like crud ha. The mystery continues.

Update: full sun makes it brown a bit. It seems to thrive more indoors (but the weather here has been nuts)

It really has, the plants i have on my patio i hope aren’t getting too much water from the storms we’ve been having. But they seem to be doing okay, so im not really sure heh heh
