Hii, this is my first time propagating succulent leaves and I don’t know if I’m doing it right. Any advice?

That biggest leaf looks like it might be beginning signs of over water rot, hard to tell though could be color of succulent. But don’t be surprised if that one doesn’t root or make a baby. It needs to be s healthy leaf for succulent propagation to work. Also, i’ve heard its better for the babies to leave the mother leaf attached until they have sucked literally all the life out of it, and its shriveled snd dead, before removing it from baby.
