I got this philodendron Birkin this weekend, repotted and separated. Did I do this correctly? The stick is in there to hold it up so it doesn’t fall forward. I was told to cut below aerial roots and I’m not sure if I did it right 🥲 I didn’t let it callus either, Ive heard mixed opinions.

    From what I can see it looks fine. It's not super necessary to callus herbaceous plants. More though with cacti and succulents. Some people use superglue on plants prone to rot
