help help help! I put this jade pothos cutting in water a few days ago and it started to root very quickly, a day or two after the roots sprouted they started to brown?! its been probably less than 2 weeks in total that its been propagating, should I put it in dirt already or is it a fail???

Are they brown and squishy? Or brown and firm? (And maybe slightly fuzzy feeling) If they’re firm they’re totally okay. It’s super common for roots to turn a brown color in water props. Especially in clear containers. If they’re squishy, unfortunately they are rotting.

You have to wait for the roots to grow at least 2-3 inches before you plant in soil. I would say wait another two weeks and see how they are growing .
