Do these roots like right? Been growing this pothos for almost a month and these are the roots. I’m not sure if they are healthy, and I’m unsure exactly how far the roots should be before planting. Any advice? ☺️

It absolutely will be fine. I have kept my pothos in water for months on occasion and they just do their thing and grow more roots so don’t stress :) Just try to change the water weekly so that the water retains sufficient oxygen for the roots.
