Hi! I have a question about propagation and I hope it’s okay to ask. When I cut from the mother plant like an established pothos, do I let the vine close at the tip? Will it heal itself and keep growing again? Like I cut back some leggy growth on this to propagate and im wondering if I should keep trimming it back to keep the tip open and green or leave it closed and brown?

Thanks for the reply! So there isn’t a way to get it to keep growing from the original stem? The new growth will jut out somewhere else?

I see the vine it’s attached to doesn’t have leaves at its nodes and I’ve seen quite few like this. Did you prune them off or did she drop them on her own? @eatyacarbs

it will grow from that stem, but not out of the cut point.

The cut will harden off and new growth will appear near where you cut. Not sure if you can see it in my photo.
