   Your leaves are much bigger than mine were, but I wrapped the stem up in a small & wide jar. I kept it in water in a windowsill for ~2 months while it grew roots. Be patient & change the water every ~3-6 days. Once it has multiple roots ~2in or over, you can put the whole stem in soil. Expect some leaves to yellow, remove them as you see fit. Medium light. Then just let it cook. Propagates take longer than we think at first, so be prepared for it to look ugly for a little while before it becomes bushy and strong.

   pothos are pretty good rooters. you don't have to plant that as one vine. i'd cut it into a couple different pieces (1-2 nodes per piece) and propagate via sphagnum or water.
