I recommend following the instructions on the package. It’s in the best interest of the seed company to give instructions that give the best chance of success for the seeds they sell. The label references a warranty. A sign they expect success most of the time.
0 Me gustaI started mine in this terracotta saucer. it was on a heat mat under grow lights with a glass dome (bowl) over the top. They need the extra heat and humidity in the beginning. I think a bright sunny window would work instead of the light. I start my vegetable plants and had the cacti starting there too. Now they’re in a south facing window and I don’t use the dome or the heating mat anymore.

Typically cactus seedlings do well in 100% humidity for 3-4 months. There are quite a few articles and videos you can look up to help you through a process that should work well for you. It is recommended to sterilize your dirt but honestly, I have used peat pellets, clean horticultural sand and any sterilized clear containers with a tight seal and making sure there is always some condensation in the bag or container which should be fine for a month or so then open and spritz again to maintain humidity. Here are a few of my 2 month old Giant Saguaro babies. 19 of 28 seeds made it in this batch. I grow my seedlings in partial sun and or grow lights.
