They have been there for about 2 weeks now and I still see no new roots. I change the water out regularly. Is there anything else I can do or is just time now?

Did you include a node on the leaf?

based on just the one cutting we can see in the front, you’re missing nodes and won’t get roots

I realized that there was no node on these. I’m new to this. I originally thought if the leaf fell off I could try and get more plants by propagating. When I do eventually trim my plant, I cut below the node?

i recommend searching for a how-to video! it was beneficial for me to see someone else do it, and after being burned by my own negligence before, if i haven’t propagated a type of plant before, i’ll research it first lol

Can you show the stem to see if there are nodes? Mine took about 2-3 full weeks with no change then one day I saw a baby root randomly lol so they do take time sometimes

I wouldn’t change the water fully as there is some hormonal release with rooting, I would change half the water at most
