Help!!!, my crouton did not do well with the repot. So I put it outside under a dome for a little bit of humidity and it began to wilt… I brought it back inside and I noticed that it was not absorb the water very well. Tonight I put it back in the nursery pot with moist soil and now I’m just wondering if it’s too late. Should I cut off the leaves or will they revive on their own?

I’m pretty sure this is an Alocasia Pink Dragon. I actually found it at Walmart, but they had it listed as a Pink Princess Alocasia which I know is not a real plant. Why are the leaves turning yellow/brown/pink and spotty? Any tips/advice please? Thank you!

Why are string of pearls so hard to care for? It’s like it wants to die sometimes lol. I had a big beautiful 4 inch pot and now I’m down to three healthy strands in the course of 1 month 😭

Hey, i need help! So i bought a Croton about two ish weeks ago. When i bought it, it was heavily root bound so i had to repot. i watered when the the soil was dry then let it dry some more before i watered yesterday (it wasn't completely bone dry). The leaves have been dropping the past few days and i'm not sure what's wrong - i'm new to this plant and know they can be a a struggle lol

Why is my lemon vine looking limp and sad? It gets plenty of sunlight and I’m only watering it when Planta tells me to, but the leaves are limp and floppy and it looks quite dejected. Any tips?

This is Victoria, a ti plant inherited from my grandma. Victoria has lived with my family and I for about a year, and she has suffered some...neglect. As you can see, she is currently Not Doing So Hot™️ but she's still alive and I want to know, how can I save her? * I have bought a new terracotta pot with drainage, and some miracle-grow tropical plant food for starters, though I haven't repotted and fertilized yet. I must also note that the golden pothos babies that are in there (placed by mom) are pretty decisively entangled with the ti plant. I just checked the roots.

What soil is recommended for repotting ti plants? I have rescued one that's in BAD shape and the first thing to do would seem to be repotting her with proper drainage. Would a tropical soil mix work alright?

Any ideas on why the ends of my zebra plant’s leaves have gone crispy and brown? I’ve tried moving it between direct sunlight and partial shade but doesn’t seem to make a difference….New growth all seems happy enough!

Please help! I’m pretty new to plants. Does anyone know about growing orchids in water? My orchid was struggling from the beginning with lots of root rot. After its bloom I chopped off the stem and read about orchids doing well in water. I thought it would be worth a try. When I made the switch I had to chop off most of the roots because they were squishy and dark green/almost black. I pretty much only have one long root and one short root left. The plant has become slightly less wrinkled but other than that there’s been no change in about a month. A new leaf has sprouted but isn’t growing. Any input?

Hey everyone, I have a blushing philadendron that was neglected at a local nursery. I’ve had it for 8 weeks, repotted into a restaurant quart container (with plenty of drainage holes) to monitor roots and I have not seen any improvement. To the best of my knowledge I don’t believe it to have any pests or diseases. It’s currently in all purpose potting mix, sits on my south facing balcony in the shade. Happy to receive any advice or guidance.

Zz plant has ever so slight browning at the tips.. any ideas why? As far as I’m concerned it’s not over/under watered… Is this set up too far from light?

Hopefully someone can help out on this one.. My palm isn’t doing good at all. Little story.. A few weeks ago I decided to move her outside as I thought she would do better out there. I decided to move her back in and repotted her. Every since then she just has been so sick (expected due to the amount of changes) My first plant and it hasn’t been easy. Any thoughts on how to prevent the yellowing? I also notice some fonds are a change in texture very brittle. (I notice her soil is getting more dry quicker than usual) as well.
