HELP!!! My BOP has been so sad and I don’t know what the problem is. Does this look like root rot? Also, is it possible to trim the roots? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

help needed! have maybe failed on our first nerve plant 😅 my partner picked out this fittonia in a plant shop sale the other day and i may have somehow killed it already.. i know they’re meant to be dramatic plants however i think this one is an ill gal. • checked roots and soil when getting home, no pests ✅ • high humidity room, part sun ✅ (small bathroom) • went droopy, googled, saw it was probably thirsty, gave it a drink ✅ (despite my constant fear of root rot) • drooping got worse… checked roots and they are thin and browning ❌ • have repotted into a smaller pot with some grit and cinnamon added to houseplant soil 💬 do you think it has a chance of surviving?

Welp🫣I’ve had this babe for almost 5 years and she was doing amazing until this summer. I think she hates my guys because I moved her outside😬Was that a bad idea? Is there anything i can do to help her? She’s on our deck which faces south, I’m in Nebraska, and she never gets direct light. I’m like THIS CLOSE to either tossing her (💔) or chopping and wishing for the best. Help!

CODE BLUE!!!!! CODE BLUE!!! 🚑🚨 Had these 2 stragglers 🌱🌱in 💦 for 2 weeks now & there’s only one root. She has a few nodes that in the water but I’m seeing any signs of roots. Not sure what the are 🤔 (Google says she’s a Scindapsus 'Mayari) and rare. Thank you for your help 🪴🤗💚

I’ve had this aluminum plant for around 4.5 years, probably been growing for 5, in 2023 it was growing great but it has reached a hight of 2 feet tall and no matter what I do the leaves fall off and it’s so tall I don’t think the water is reaching the top very well, is it time to put my plant to rest? (Apparently it’s supposed to only grow up to a foot and has a life expectancy of 5 years)

Please help me save my white sage!! Appreciate any help. 🙏🏼 I’ve had it almost 3 weeks and it was wilty after a week. I resisted watering when the soil was still moist. I repotted it into the terracotta pot last saturday, and by Sunday the leaves were crunchy. And today, even more crunchy/droopy, as seen in the 3rd pic. Thoughts? Tips? I’m invested, but very new to plant care 🙈🤯

My Rex begonia is dying, does anyone have any suggestions? I repotted it 3 days ago; the stems are shriveled & edges of my leaves are crispy, I had to lay the leaves on top of each other because them dropping off the side of the pot was creating creases on the stem. I watered with filtered water on the day I repotted. Is it a goner? 🥺

Viney plant Hi I got this plant a few months ago, unfortunately I don’t remember the name. And I’m hoping someone can help me figure out the problem with it. The top of the plant, right by the soil. Is dried to a crisp. But the vines hanging down seem like they’re doing fine. My place gets really hot at night so I have 2 fans on. I figured that maybe this plant got really dry at the top because of the fan. I stopped using the fan right by this plant last week. The soil is damp right now because I just watered it. Does anyone have any suggestions of what the problem could be? And how I can help this plant recover?

This poor gal (sansevieria cylindrica) was bounded up in foam! I set her free!!! There was a lot rotted shoots - The bigger roots literally dropped right off! I almost cried! I pleaded to her that she would be okay! Praying she thrives and comes back. She was given to me in hopes I can plant whisper her to life. She’s now in clean soil & a new home. Any advice is appreciated always💚🪴

Hello! I recently got two catnip plants from a nursery, they were shipped to me over the course of a few days and they've just been drooping all day. i watered them, tried giving as much sunlight as i can get from my apartment unit (my unit has not great light most of the day bc my unit is behind another part of the building), and when i got them i trimmed leaves that looked beyond repair so the plant didnt try to waste resources on those leaves. despite all the care ive tried to give them today, they seem to be getting worse 😭 anyone have any advice or experience with catnip?

Update! I've come to the realization that the money tree is suffering from root rot! The bark is starting to become more squishy than usual. How should I cut and repot the plant?

Hello! I bought this plant at a local grocery store on clearance for five dollars. It was labeled as a philodendron verrucosum. I’ve just repotted into a chunky mix and an orchid pot as the soil was soaked. I also plan on adding a new support, it was previously on a wooden stake. Any advice on how to maintain the plant? It had some water stains so I cleaned it with neem oil spray, but I’m mainly looking for advice on the top leaf. Should I trim the dead head or leave it on the plant for now? Thanks in advance for any advice

What are these spots on my plant? 🥲 no signs of bugs and she lives in a “greenhouse” container with high humidity. I thought maybe the leaves got sunburned also? Any thoughts? 🫣

My peace Lilly has really bad root rot. Does anybody know how to treat it
