So I rescued a rosemary plant from my local Walmart. On of the stems was completely dead and the other the leaves had started to dry. I brought it home and repotted it with garden soil hoping it would perk back. I trimmed the dead leaves. After a few weeks of no change I decided to cut it all the way down. The stem is still pushing out green liquid but idk if there is something I’m not catching? Did I mess up. No visible growth in almost a month. She’s on my porch but gets full sunlight out of the shade majority of the day.

Hi there! I picked up this gorgeous calla lily from Lowe’s about a week ago. She was on the clearance rack for $5 and looked good when I first got her. Since then, I found some root rot and ended up repotting her into a smaller pot. But I think I may have damaged the bulb because the stems are slowly dying from the bottom 😰
But then again, there has been some new stems popping up, so maybe she’s okay? She’s getting morning sunshine and rain water currently. Any advice would be so appreciated! I’ve never tried to save anything beside cacti 😆 TIA ❤️

I just rescued this baby from my place of work! I believe he is suffering from dehydration and I need to repot him because the previous owner wants the pot back.
I know snake plants can be very hardy but do we think I can rehabilitate him?? I watered him yesterday. Any tips? Thanks!

I’m just getting back into houseplants. I got this monstera but one leaf is broken. Do I trim the leaf at the break or cut the whole thing off? If the whole thing at which point do I cut it? A. B. C. Or D? Appreciate any help.

My Beefsteak Begonia is quite old and has always done well until recently when the leaves have started to fall off the plant even though they appear to be green and healthy. They seem to be rotting off at the stem.

About three weeks ago, I accidentally sprayed this plant with all natural multipurpose cleaner made out of essential oils instead of the baking soda solution. I realize my mistake right away and rinsed off the leaves and change the water. However, the lease are very crispy. Can it be saved with time?

Just picked up this plant from Home Depot on a whim—total impulse buy! I’m still learning, so I could really use some advice. The stems near the bottom are turning yellow—should I be worried? And it looks like the roots are circling the inside of the pot… is that a sign it’s time to repot? Thanks in advance for any help!

I’m having issues with my indoor plants especially this one. I’ve only done outdoor plants but ever since I’ve started buying plants like succulents and elephant ears. I’m having trouble caring for them as you can see. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong since I’ve been following plantas tips since last week, It told me to water this elephant ear after every 8 days and I want to make sure it’s right since I feel like it’s too long. If it’s not then I fear I may have overwatered it.

my fake Aloe is dying ); he is in my "I will survive" pot and it hasnt helped. He hasnt done well no matter what I do, recently repotted and it got WAY worse... any ideas on whats wrong with him?

Candy is not thriving help!! She was doing so good then when planta told me to water (first time since I got her) it all went down hill. I did the soak and drain method, then set her on the balcony in the shade where she has been loving. Her leaves kept getting softer and disformed, I even noticed some orangey coloration. everything I read said to water but the soil was still moist. Then I suspected root rot, maybe the soil type I have doesn’t drain well enough. I checked out her roots and nothing suspicious, then I took some soil out to loosen everything up, and added some rocks in the bottom to promote drainage and decrease the amount of soil that could be holding water. I put some of her strings into the soil to hopefully grow some new roots and revive what I had left, that’s why she looks so skinny compared to the older pics I have. I also moved her inside by a window as I live in a hot place so I feared maybe the heat was too much. Sorry for the novel but please send help she’s one of my favorites and I’m out of ideas!!!

Money tree “branch” assistance. My mother in law decided to cut off a piece of her money tree and gave it to me. I stuck it in some water & placed it in a good window. It has been weeping sap since she cut it. But is this how you propagate these plants???

Hey everyone! We just got this kalanchoe about 3 weeks ago and she’s looking a little droopy!?
Anyone have an idea what could be happening? We’ve been watering according the app notifications and making sure it’s when the soil is dry on top and the plant gets about 6 hours of sun about 3 feet away from our window.
Any advice is appreciated.

Hi guys, while grocery shopping today saw this little guy in clearance. I repotted him but I am curious if I should clip his damage leafs and or wait for him to settle into his new home before clipping them?

Hiii. I'm having some problems with some plants. I have repotted the lettuce (Lotta) in potting soil and mushroom compost, and the blubes (Prima, tall premier rabbiteye and Premmie, small premier rabbiteye) have varying mixes because I was told a lot and read about a lot of different ways to do soil mixes. Premmie has 1/4 of its small mass drooping and soft-leaved. Prima has a section of browning leaves that I'm mildly concerned about. Lotta has gone between wilting/drooping and soft leaves to normal and firmish leaves, and I can't tell if it's too much sun (6 direct hours), the changing heat, or watering. When I did Planta it said the porch was a bad location for the blubes and lettuce because of the sun. I live in Zone 6. I don't know if that's necessary info but maybe. I just watered them all today but skipped yesterday because today IS HOT. UPDATE: Planta AI said that Prima could have fungi but I don't see anything really telling except for browning leaves and one branch line of leaves has a soft light blue texture of spots on them but I can't tell if it's residue from dried water or something.
