Inherited a monstera cutting but one leaf is wilting. What should I do?
Recently inherited this plant from a friend, how do I help it? I know the pot is wayyyy too big so I was thinking of adding another monstera or other plants to it, what are y’all’s suggestions?
Hey, All! How often, if ever, do you top off the soil for your plant babies? 😊
What’s going on with my silver dragon :(
I bought this through the mail and it came to me sick. I tried to trim away the dead parts but it just continues to get worse. Is there anyway I can save it?
Can anyone tell me what’s going on with my pink princess philodendron
Hi, i am a new ish plant parent and have recently got an alocasia dragon scale plant, the first photo is when i got it a week ago and the last few photos are of it now, it is kept on my bathroom window where it has indirect light most of the day and my bathroom is humid, i also mist regularly. Any ideas why its not happy?
My cactus is very sad. Any tips on how to help her?
Hey soo I repotted my monstera 4 weeks ago and the soil is still really wet.. One of the leaves is completely yellow and two are yellowing on the edges Please help.. idk why it’s still soaked and I don’t want it to be over watered 😬
Help! I’m a new plant mom and may have gone a little crazy and now I’m overwhelmed. This is a lemon lime maranta. It came to me beautifully, and I’m afraid something is happening. I first noticed leaves curling and then I moved it away from direct sunlight and it seemed to help. Now, this is happening and I’m panicking. How do I save it? Any suggestions? 😅
Hey! So my Aloe Vera plant got a little too much sun a few weeks ago and has been recovering pretty well, though there's some texture on the leaves where it used to be smooth, a little droopy still, some discoloration, and really squishy on a certain leaf. I just wanted to know if there's anything I can do to help with too much sun?
I’m not sure if I need to cut this leave off. This is my alocasia Jackie, I’ve had her about 3 weeks now and she’s very young. I’m not sure if these marks are debris or something pushing out of her leaves. They appeared to be imbedded two days ago and now they seem to be ”emerging”, one of them had either a tail or a dark strand on it and that’s now gone as well. The leave and its stem aren’t as dark as her other one. Cut off or just paranoid?
Is she salvageable? She didn’t have much sun for a while , we don’t get much sunlight in this apartment, so we bought some LED lights. She seemed to not be getting enough water but she looks worse and worse every day and I’m afraid it’s too late 😞 Someone please help, she was a special gift to my partner from his mom. I’m afraid that maybe now we’ve overwatered her or that she didn’t like her new pot.
Can I get some advice for my bunny ear cactus? The bottom lobes are starting to turn yellow and shrivel. I keep it under a grow light for around 12 hours a day and water maybe once or twice a month. It was repotted about a month ago but it had most of these symptoms before that. Any advice at all is appreciated!
Hi guys! I added a moss pole to my monsterra yesterday because she has been leaning over to one side for years. I thought maybe the moss pole would encourage a growth spurt. My Monsterra is quite old at three years old but she hardly has any holes in the leaves and I think she should be much bigger. What else should I do for her to start flourishing? I’ve never changed her pot also as well as the soil
Hello! So recently got my little scindapsus treubii moonlight and the tips of its leaves are starting to slightly brown. Is this a concern? Anything I should do? It’s in a 2 inch nursery pot, I water it when the soil gets dry but sticking my finger in it feels a bit rooty. My house is usually around 50-60% humidity, it’s been isolated since I got it, not around any drafts and I keep it by an east facing window. Thank you!!!
Is my monstera dead and beyond hope or should I keep nursing him back to health?
This is my mom's bougainvillea, it's droopy but the leaves aren't dry. Is it overwatered?
I don’t know why my Sago is dying and I want to know how I can save it.
Hello! I got this alocasia silver dragon from Trader Joe’s on Wednesday and he doesn’t look to well:( (I don’t keep him in the widow seal like this just have him here for a better picture. His leaves are yellow which I presume is from a sunburn from too much light the first 2 days I had him. He is still in his baby planter pot that has drainage. I’m a new plant mom too :(
