When was the last time you watered this plant? Also, are you completely “drowning” the soil when you do water or just pouring a few ounces at a time? Depending on your answers, the plant may need more water. Based on this photo, I think the pot may be too large for the size of the root ball. I recommend downsizing to a pot with a diameter 1-2 inches wider than the root ball. This will help the plant better manage the moisture in the soil.
