New here and really need help. I transplanted my Royal Purple plant yesterday into 2 pots. The one in the white pot stayed in its original location in my screened in florida room. It looked pretty bad but has perked up a little since. The one in the gold pot was brought inside and it looked great, but woke up all wilted this morning. I don’t think it appreciated the AC overnight. Question… how can I save them. I watered both today. I think I need to prune the wilted foliage but since it’s 99% wilted is it ok to trim off all the leaves?

    Oh noo!! I'm sorry about your plants it could be overwatering or underwatering. I would leave them be for a few days at least since you watered them today hopefully they'll perk up. If not then i would take them outside and water when dry and see what happens. I've never had this plant so I'm not sure how to revive it. But my recommendation still stands. Good luck sweetie. 🙂

    They're probably just shocked from the repot. Trim off any definitely dead leaves, but leave the wilted ones. Continue normal care and they should recover. They can handle anything from full sun to part shade, so give them the light they're accustomed to or a little less for a week or two while they recover

      Ive had similar problems and it was definitely under watering and keeping up with trimming. If its not under watering i would highly suggest de chlorinating your water. You can get a bottle for $15 and a little goes a very long way

    I may be way too late, but if this ever happens again, try putting a clear bag/clear container that’s been spritzed with water over it for a few days. Mine was extra sensitive to humidity after repotting
