Ok Aloe parents! Meet Nelly! My first aloe adopted from my neighbor and needing some rehab. Sounds like possible history of overwatering and was next to a cold window. I will repot later to check for root rot. Any other tips off the bat?

Follow up… went to loosen it in the soil. Popped right out. Complete rot. Fingers crossed we can propagate!
