Hi! I JUST bought Peter (Aster) from Home Depot and it broke in transit home. I'm new at this so I've no idea how to fix/repair the damage, and if there's actually anything I could do to help it! I've attached it, idk if you can see the pictures??
Unclear on what broke but if the stem broke there’s really no saving it.

0개 좋아요 Okay, if there’s any plant left then you could try. Or just chuck it in water and hope it propagates🤷🏼♀️ I’m not familiar with that type of plant so I don’t know it it will root but it can’t hurt to try.

좋아요 1개Home Depot is also pretty good with if you bring your dead/broken plant back to the store with your receipt they will let you return it. Might even let you replace it.
좋아요 1개 Thanks! Good to know! Husband planted the ones that were in the pot yesterday already. We weren't sure what to do with the broken part. It was a very dense plant for its base! Should have known better! Should have held on my lap! Thanks for replying!
