Hello! I’ve had this fiddle leaf fig for years, and recently lopped off the top because it wasn’t doing well and all the leaves were dropping off. I figured lopping it would kill it or rejuvenate it. Now, since there are leaves popping out (yay), how should I water from here on out. It’s a big pot, and my moisture meter shows the top couple of inches are dry, but below that it’s moist/wet. I’ve been told to always water till it drains out the bottom, but if I do that, won’t it be way too soggy where it’s already moist?? Help!
