Why do the leaves look like this? It looks like the color is going out of them. It’s not the brown color from being dry.

    Two reasons to much water or needs water My trick I do is I put the stick inside the soil that help you to see is wet or not

      It is in a self watering container with a water level meter should I use a different container

    Maybe that technique doesn’t work with the money plant

    How often are you fertilizing? Too much fertilizer, whether too often or too much at one time, can lead to brown tips. I’m not sure if money trees are very picky about tap water or not, but some of my other plants prefer distilled or treated water, and give brown tips if I use tap water.

    You said its in a self watering container, so it might be rot. I would clean it out to make sure theres no mold or disease. Give it a scrub in the sink. You might not need to change the soil, but i would check out the roots while theyre out, make sure none of them are brown and squishy. Just cut off the ones that are. The leaves that have browned will not heal. You can choose to just cut off the brown and leave hacked leaves, or prune the worst of them.

    I have cleaned my pot out, drained all the water off the roots do not show rot and I pruned all the brown leaves now I will see if it thrives thank you everyone for all your advice
