Decided to do a big cut.. each of the leaves were awful, should I put it in water or?.

    This looks like it’s been sitting in soil that’s staying too wet for too long. The mix appears pretty compacted, which makes it hard for oxygen to reach the roots and can lead to rot. I’d gently slide it out of the pot and check the roots for rot.

      Ahh yea I did forget to mention٫ I recently just waterd it and this is a rescue . it has perlite and orchid bark stuff and recently put it in the pot last week. The reason why I did the big chop is mostly because the leafs were fully brown٫
