Does anyone have any tips on keeping this elephant ear plant alive? It was so healthy when I bought it but then I replanted it and have even been keeping it outside during the day so it can get sun

    Did you harden it by moving out to the sun in a slow and gradual manner ? I have heard them to be susceptible to sudden sun shock

      Yes, I even started with a cooler temp into a warmer one

    And the fertilizer dosing was alright? I have also had plants shrivel and show burn signs post fertilization, especially if the fertilizer was added with the water into dry potting medium

      Yep, I did the fertilizer after it started looking bad

    Humidity? And maybe with it being a baby it’s not happy with direct sunlight-heat, and it likely was started as a seedling in a shaded greenhouse and I’ve had many plants who are just so stubborn and want the same conditions they were “born” in. I’d def try giving it some humidity love and if you don’t have a humidifier then you can place a pebble tray beside her. Also you might check the roots if it continues to get worse.
