This is my orchid. I just wanna know how do I go about watering it because the leaves are still green however, the stem where the flower was is no longer there.

Orchids will loose their flower spike after a period of time, totally normal. You want to water when the roots in the medium are silvery/white. If they’re green then they don’t need water. If your plant is in bark, the best way is to fill the pot so just the roots are covered, wait till they turn green again (about 10-15 mins depending) and then drain out ALL the water. Repeat as needed based on your root color.

Those really brown shriveled roots above the surface you can probably remove. They won’t come back. But your roots in the medium look good based on what I can see in the photo. It will put out a new flower spike when it’s ready. That can sometimes take a very long time, so be patient :) As long as your roots and leaves look and stay healthy, your plant is doing fine.
