Hopefully, I’m in the right room, but I was just wondering why one side of the plant will be flopping like this

    Do the leaves feel kinda soft and rubbery or are they still firm?

      Yes the leaves are soft

      So that one either doesn't have enough water or has root rot. Is the soil wet or dry?

      So water it. If it keeps going limp like this before the soil dries out completely or before the other two need water you might be better off propping it. It sounds like it isn't necessarily root rot, it just has a smaller root system or for some reason needs more water than the other two.

    In case watering alone doesn’t fix it… I have one of these that remained soft/floppy despite watering… finally admitted to myself it needed more light. I moved it to a brighter spot and now it’s perky.
