New plant parent here. I got this holiday cactus from my husbands grandmother when she passed. It has always looked kind of sad to me. Can anyone help me with this one? Thank you in advance!

SuccySuccyLooks like an Easter! More light from above if you can. They are cacti but not desert cacti so they don’t like to dry out completely like a typical cactus might, at least in my experience. To get it to flower, it will need to go in a dark place for a few weeks to induce blooms but right now I’d just focus on bringing it back to health. Good luck!

AimeeMine bloomed and I never had to put it somewhere dark, just saying
