These tulip bulbs (I think) got overwatered? Are they rotting? If so any advice or help? I’m am a newbie and this was a gift. For reference they are in a water bath with a support for the bulbs to sit on.

BarbaraI had cut all the growth off of mine and put into a brown paper bag, then into a dark cool place . U can try to see if this can save them, but I would take them out of water..
