      I'm not sure on it's exact name as Google pulls up 2 diff names, but it's a golden mosaic

      You are correct! It’s a Ctenanthe lubbersiana “golden mosaic”

    I use a product called leaf shine that makes them look like this for a long time. It isn’t safe for some plants tho
